Thu Zeising is a Tax Practitioner, Certified Tax Resolution Specialist and NTPI Fellow®.

NTPI Fellow® is evidence of significant expertise in the representation of taxpayers before the IRS. They have completed a stringent, three-level program of study that covers all facets of representing clients through the often-challenging maze of IRS codes, internal regulations, and agency structure. NTPI Fellows are individuals who exceed IRS minimum standard for continuing education and are dedicated to staying on top of the latest changes to the tax code.

Her extensive expertise has enabled Thu to represent and assist taxpayers with complex negotiations with the tax authorities. She has handled issues such as Installment Agreements, Penalty Abatement, Employment tax, Trust Fund Penalty, Offer in Compromise, Audit, Appeal, Tax lien, and Levy for Business and Individual clients.

She has been a tax professional, tax advisor, and IRS representation for nearly a decade and worked with several CPA firms before joining Tax Audit Defense PLLC. This experience provided her with the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and gain well-rounded knowledge in resolving tax issues.

She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and Business Evaluation Specialist.

Thu is graduated from Arizona State University with Post-baccalaureate Graduate in Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Global Business Information System Management. She holds a U.S. International Tax Certificate. Thu is currently studying for Certified Public Accountant exam.
